Before & After with the Johnson Family

We met Lance and Julie shortly after they moved into Lincoln from a small town about an hour away. The home they had purchased needed some remodeling and a friend referred them to GoodeGuy Construction

Wish List

  • An expanded closet
  • New contemporary-style double vanity
  • Walk-in shower with semi-privacy
  • Free-standing soaking tub
  • Toilet closet with privacy
  • Overall clean lines, sleek, and modern

One of the bathrooms in the home was not meeting their needs. They told us they wanted to expand the master closet, update the shower and create a separate room for the toilet – “toilet closet”. They wanted to achieve a contemporary feel – clean lines — that would make the space efficient with privacy for the shower and toilet. In addition to the bathroom reno, they wanted to replace the carpet in a bedroom and on the stairways.

Project Highlights

We were able to give them everything they wanted in just 8 working days. Now they have new carpet, a functional master bedroom closet, and bathroom features that make the space efficient! A few notable improvements:

    • the new textured laminate double vanity
    • “his and hers” shower towers featuring rain head, wand, and body sprays

Before the project the homeowners didn’t even use the bathroom; now they have a beautiful sleek functioning bathroom that they use every day. Lance and Julie are very happy with the contemporary design, look, and efficient use of space! They tell everyone who admires their renovation to call “the GoodeGuys!”
