Before & After with the Lengel Family

the wish list

Scott and Brandee Lengel had an impressive wish list for their home, and they wanted one company to take all the remodeling details seriously. We met together, discussed the improvements they wanted, agreed on a design plan, and got started on the list.

  • New windows
  • New siding
  • New roof
  • Remodeled kitchen with a walk-in pantry
  • An expanded garage
  • A new concrete driveway
  • A new primary bedroom and bath

We knew we could do it on budget, on time, and to their complete satisfaction.

the value

Adding a new primary bedroom and bath is a smart way to increase square footage and overall return on investment (ROI). It gives you the freedom to create a fresh new space according to your tastes, while increasing the value of the home at the same time. Making improvements to the exterior of your home is also a way to increase your home’s value.

Clayton DeKorne of Remodeling Magazine reports on the latest Cost vs. Value report, which tracks job costvalue at sale% cost recovered for various home improvements:

Exterior improvement projects provide the greatest return on investment (ROI) for homeowners. Indeed, 11 out of the 12 projects with the highest ROI were exterior improvements. The top 3 improvements trending with the most ROI are garage doors, windows and siding, and kitchen remodels.
